Exhausted beyond belief at 13 weeks
I'm soooo tired that I can hardly stand to get out of bed and go to work in the morning. It doesn't matter how much sleep I get. I thought it was supposed to get better about this time, but this is the worst my exhaustion has been so far. I've been missing work so I can sleep... But that's not something I want to keep doing. This is my first pregnancy and I have to wake up at 5am to get to work on time. Any advice on how to help my body not be so tired I feel like I'm half dead? Haha. Please help!
