Never used protection😑

Me and my bf is in a relationship from past 3 years with an amazing sex life, If that's d right way to say. We have never really used condoms or any other protective measure, whereas I never got my periods late or skipped any. I was diagnosed with thyroid and probable PCOS. Is it safe to continue without protection..?

Or will I never conceive??

I really like babies😞
