Rant - customer service
I get so annoyed when customers try to tell me how to to do my job. I've Been in the industry for 6 years so if you feel like you can do whatever it is you need from me on your own then why the fuck are you asking for my assistance?
Sit your ass down and let me do my job otherwise gtfoh. And ya know what, because of that attitude I don't feel inclined to tell you that you're going to receive a fine in the mail for not signing on the dotted line (consenting to insurance covering the cost). Enjoy paying that shit off mate.
