Flu and pregnant

Kristen
Okay, so this is my first post... Don't judge! I've been feeling really crappy the last few days, so I finally went to the doctor to make sure I didn't have anything that would harm the baby. I've been sick like this before, so I knew it was either a sinus infection or the flu. Lo and behold, the doctor says it's the flu! So now I'm taking Tamiflu, which I am against meds while pregnant, but it's gotten to where I can't even swallow because my throat hurts so bad, and I can't breathe which makes sleeping difficult. My whole body aches like I've been hit by a truck. Hopefully tamiflu won't affect the baby, but everything I've read says it's perfectly safe while pregnant. Had anyone else had to take something for being sick and pregnant? I just need some comfort in knowing my baby girl will still be healthy.
