Padsicles ?

Apparently Padsicles are a thing ? Lol . Well I'm definitely going to give them a whirl ! Sounds soothing to the lady parts , figured I'd educate everyone on them .

basically ,  Lavender Essential Oil , Witch Hazel , and Aloe Vera gel applied to a pad , you leave the plastic part attached to the pad and after you apply the ingredients you fold them back up and freeze them in the freezer in gallon ziplock bags till use . Let them sit out for about 3 minutes before using . So basically an ice pack for the Coochie with medicinal qualities . Can't get any better than that . Currently 40w4d good luck everyone.  😋❤️

I did this for my first baby! Life saver! It feels so good! Especially if you tear or have an episiotomy. I had 3 stitches and these helped me heal a lot faster. My second was due yesterday, so this time around I decided I'd try Depends(adult diapers) instead of maxi pads 😂

After delivery my first pregnancy the nurses brought me frozen diapers. Seriously the best things ever bc they don't leak!! I've already wet down some size 1's and put them in the freezer bc they were the best thing in the world for pain. Lol

I made a giant stash of them and was excited to find out if they work. Then had an emergency c-section lol oh well.

It's not that serious IMO. I just gave birth on the 6th & I feel fine now.  Just some ibuprofen, squirt bottle & cold compress for a couple days. You'll be fine
