Implantation bleeding!!!!

I believe I had implantation bleeding this morning. I went into the bathroom this morning and when I wiped I saw bright pink blood and cramping. I put a pad on because I thought I was starting my period 4 days early. But as it turned out there was no more bleeding after that. Any thought?
