Red Cross Message for servicemen and DOD contractors
Is your significant other deployed or a DOD government contractor? If so, have you ever done a Red Cross message to get him back for the birth of your baby? Any advice or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
My fiancé is a gvt contractor and is expected home right around the due date... We are trying to get him home a bit earlier so he doesn't miss the birth of our baby girl.
