Weirdly peeing?!

Hi ladies... Strange question:

I've been weirdly leaking pee occasionally her recently... Past week... I'm on Nexplanon, have never gotten pregnant or had children before and I don't have an infection... My pee is light yellow and no burning... I'm not on my period and its not coming yet.

I'm wondering if having sex with my fiancé made my urethra loose?? This is so strange and I wore a panty liner today and it's definitely urine, maybe a tablespoon or 2.... Wtf? I'm not sick and this is odd
