Music Womb OR Stethoscope?

Question

I'm debating getting the Music Womb to monitor and listen to the heartbeat at home. But, we're almost 20 weeks (currently 17+5) and I heard that at 20 you can hear the heartbeat through a stethoscope.
Just seeing what everyone else thinks and if the stethoscope really works to near the heartbeat, or if I should spring for the Womb Music or something similar.

I have the womb music. Been using it since 16 weeks. I couldn't hear it with a stethoscope around 22 weeks but haven't tried since because I have the womb music and it works great.

I have womb music and I love it! Bought it off amazon and it has amazing reviews. I work in a doctors office and they said you can't hear baby through stethoscope- maybe at the end. Was able to hear heartbeat through womb music at 14 weeks. Also it comes with 2 sets of headphones and a headphone splitter so at $57 I thought it was 100% worth it.

It doesn't work, I was trying last week, I'm 26 weeks 2 days now. And I had bought a doppler waste of my money. Different for everyone

You can only hear baby's heartbeat with a stethoscope if they're in a certain position. I only ever slightly heard it at 38 weeks. I think they meant you can hear it through baby's chest if he were born.
