Have I ovulated??!!

This month I've temped... Taken numerous OPKs and haven't got a positive. I have now had 9 days of flashing smileys on the clear blue OPKs and never a solid face, yet when I take cheap OPKs they are negative!!! It's cd19.. No idea what's going on! This is my bbt chart... Please help!!

Looks like no, unless your next two temps are high, then yes on day 18. I never trust those advanced ones, bc once it shows a flashey, that automatically keeps showing until you get a solid ... Even if your E drops again. I switched back to the regular OPKs for that reason after a dye run made it show flashey way too early.
