Hey ladies!!! I want your opinion. This november is my and my hubby's 5 year anniversary. He wants to upgrade my engagement ring to a bigger diamond.. but instead I had the idea of combining the diamond earrings he gave me on our wedding day to it. Make it a 3 stone ring instead of a solitare. I think it would add more sentimental value to it. But I'm a little hesitant because I don't want to ruin the ring or diamonds by doing so. Has anyone else done this or anything like this?
