Boyfriend issue

I just need someone to talk to,

Apparently I've been winding my boyfriend up all evening, being in a good mood. But he's just completely turned on me and gone psycho. I had my braces tightened today so obviously they're sore. He just grabbed my throat and then my jaw "do your braces hurt, do they fucking hurt" then walked off, punched the door and gone to bed, looks like I'm sleeping on the sofa, 27+2 weeks pregnant😭
