I am 35 weeks and I just started taking one gel capsule (1000mg) daily yesterday. My doctor told me it was totally fine to do and safe for both of us. He told me to take one a day for a week, then two a day for a week and if it hasn't worked by then, move it up to three gels a day and it would still be safe. What are some of your experiences with EPO if anyone has any? I'm curious to know how exactly it works. My doctor told me what it does but I have a male OBGYN so he can't really tell me from personal experience.
