Cleaning?

Question

Does anyone else get really bad cramping and or sharp shooting pains when you clean up the house? I can hardly get anything done because of it. I've had this issue since the beginning and later on in my last pregnancy. I asked one of the midwives and she said idk. I'm not dehydrated so I just don't get it. In the process of switching practices by the way..

I had this the other day and thought it was just in my mind. I had done a lot around the house and all of the sudden felt very uncomfortable and had to lay down. Glad to hear it has happened to others.

I did at the beginning and it was a sign that inwas overdoing it. Now it doesnt really get to that point because I get tired first lol

I get severe lower back pain  and feet pain and can't walk by the end of the night.

I do. If I overdo anything I get cramping and it doesn't take much to get to that point.

Yeah it's probably from the movement. That's when I get ligament pain. I take lots of breaks.
