Is it to early

Hey guys I've been have sex non stop when I stopped my period and starting to have pregnancy symptoms but I can't take a test yet I took one around the time of my last pregnancy but  BFN HAVE CRAVINGS like tea and ice Lollys and stuff like that but the tea is in a cup I just crave it and the ice lolly just feeling prego what do you think I should do wait or take a test and also my period is not due for 12 days
