When to pump!

FTM, just got my milk in and am feeling very huge and full. I am wondering when I can or should pump to get relief and some stock up? Should I do both at the same time or what? Feeling lost! Any help or thoughts would be appreciated!

Are you planning on pumping only or both breastfeed & pump? I recommend to start pumping now, every 3 hours for 15-20 min.

Hi! My lactation consultant suggested I pump 10-15 min after feedings to help relieve. She also suggested feeding the baby what I pumped for the first month. Hope that helps. :)
