Diarrhea 😩

Almost 30 weeks and I've been having diarrhea every day, most days more than once 😞 my stomach isn't upset at all, so I'm thinking it's just muscles loosening up before labor? Did anyone have this and wind up in labor sooner than expected? This baby is my first and I'm not sure what to expect but I am definitely feeling more pressure down below and more intense BH on the daily!
