About Robin for a boy? I know it's used on girls but there are a lot of males named Robin. Also I don't think it's popular any more so there probably wouldn't be as much Robyn girls? I'm thinking of this name because a Robin keeps laying eggs on my window. My name is Paloma which means dove a kind of bird. Maybe it's ment to be??

I know an 8 year old boy named Robin and a 60 year old man named Robin.  I also know a 5 year old girl and a 25 year old woman named Robyn.  I think it's an equal opportunity name and is more truly unisex than most.  I also think the spelling makes a big difference too.  I think if you love it you should go for it.

Only Robin I know is a bloke so to me it's always been a boys name.

As a girl named Robyn I've only met one other person named Robin and it was a lady- much older than me. I think Robin for a boy is cute.
