Hormone levels at 5 to 6 weeks

Went to the er for some pain in my lower abdomen and when they checked my levels they were only like 576 or 586 and they said they didn't see a sac or pole with teams vag US I'm so scared I am going to lose this baby just wondering what yalls was like at this stage
