So I'm new to charting temps and I chart on glow , but wanted to add my data into ff to see if it lines up the same . I'll attach both my charts just temps . One is saying I'm 4dpo and cover line diff ?? Help please

Each app uses its own algorithms so they can all be different from each other.

FF was always correct for me. Glow was always one day off

I would say FF is correct here. I feel like every month my glow and FF say something different, but FF actually makes sense with the BBT. I don't think Glow understands BBT tracking. I usually just go into glow and put a positive opk the day before my ovulation day (day before temp spike, and what FF says) to get glow to fix itself. It's super annoying.
