Never had this problem till now

My boyfriend and I are complete opposites in the sense that I am horny all the time and he is not. Like I've asked him if he wanted to have sex and even tried pulling some moves to turn in him on and nothing. All he says is he's not in the mood, he's almost never in the mood. Is this normal?
