My husband and I want to baptize our son but we do not attend church. We were married in a presbyterian church and want to have our son baptized there. The reverend is meeting me today and I'm worried if I tell him we don't plan on attending church regularly he won't baptize our son. He must know we don't go to church because we are never there, but will he pressure us to begin attending? I don't want to lie to him about going to church, but we really want our son baptized. Anyone baptized their child and don't attend church regularly?
