I am 19w1d when my blader gets full my lower stomach becomes sore, it makes it hard to move around alot. Im a working FTM and im on my feet the entire day and i literaly  have to pee every 20min. Sometimes when i hold it in too long i get a sharp payn in the center of my lower stomach.. Help.. And another thing, i have been feeling light flutters since 16w they have been getting stronger but sometimes indont feel him/her for days.. Is this normal
