They would probably start charging to use the app, and would defeat their purpose because we wouldn't need to go visit them as much.. Plus I doubt they'd want to spend their time checking an app when they have patients who take the time to actually see them.

There are already apps (free apps) that allow you to contact a doctor and ask them questions about anything that may be going on with you. They have a selection of doctors for you to contact based on what kind of consultation you will need and also based on your sex and age. You usually have one doctor that you speak to and other doctors that stay on duty all night just in case you need to talk to someone. I used First Opinion and always dealt with one doctor and she was very sweet and kind. If I would not contact her for awhile, she would message me to see if all was well and even ask for updates on doctors visits. If any of you are interested in something like that, I would definitely recommend First Opinion. They also offer background information on the doctors they have 😊
