5/11 (Cardio and arms)
Morning ladies!
Today is cardio and arms. Yay!
1 min march,jog in place or high knees.
10 arm dips
1 min march, jog in place or high knees.
10 wall pushups
1 minute march, jog in place or high knees.
10 front raises
10 bent over lateral raise.
Repeat 2 times.
Front raises and lateral raises can be done with weights or water bottles if you don't have weights.
Lateral weights start with first pic and end with second. Front raises start with first pic and end with third pic.
