Confused Period

Yara • 35 Spanish American already mother of three,though would be nice to have another baby.
Okay so my.Glow calendar said I was supposed start my period/cycle on the 14th of this month now it says the 23rd..Why? How am I suppose to prevent pregnancy if my calender from glow changes it on me. :(
