Can acne be a pregnancy symptom?

Rarely get a single spot and when I do it's just one prominent one - but cheeks have become bumpy with lots of little spots/pimples. Can this be a symptom?

Yes , especially if your carrying a girl.

Yes, it was one of my first signs. I've always had pretty clear skin. Now that I'm 16 weeks pregnant I still break out! My chest, face & back are full of spots. :/ But it's just the hormones.
