I'm having a scan

Beth • Wed, May 11 • 29 been with my partner 11 years. Miscarriage 31October2015, Rowland our angel 2July2016. Elsie born 11th September 2017. Eadie born 8th August 2019 baby boy due 20th May 2023

I'm having a scan tomorrow midwife says I'm 7weeks 4 days making me obviously 7weeks 5days tomorrow, can they scan me tomorrow and actually confirm how far I am tomorrow?
