Awwww poor baby 😣. Looks like baby acne. Eczema usually does not appear on the face like that, but in the folds of the arms and lower extremities. Hope it gets better soon.

If heat effects it directly it's probably a heat rash. Have you tried wiping her with a cook wet rag?
