Provera and period?
Three days ago I had cramping so damn bad I couldn't get out of bed. Two days ago the cramping was still there. But not as bad.
Yesterday I started spotting. Very very lightly.
Today it's a little heavier but not by much and there was a little tissue with it as well.
Is it safe to say my period has started? I wasn't expecting it yet because I was told the period would usually start after you stopped taking the provera. 3-14 days after actually.
I emailed my doctor and am waiting to hear back, but what do you think? Can I go ahead and chart that my period started?
And if yes, please comments on if I should include yesterday's spotting as the first day of my period.?
