How accurate is the calendar for your expected period and ovulation compared to when it actually happens?

It's accurate when it comes to my period and it tells me I'm Ovulating but I have PCOS and endometriosis so i don't know if I actually ovulate, I have had bloods taken for ovulation but they are all negative, I have some taken again today so will find out in a weeks time if I did or not as I do have a regular 28 day cycle but have been trying for 9 years to conceive xx

Very accurate for my period but about 5 days off of when I ovulate
