My Rainbow Baby🌈 almost 6 weeks

So back in January I lost my twins most likely due to them being mono amniotic (2 babies in one sac). We were able to start trying again after 2 periods and after 3 we found out that I was pregnant again on our anniversary! (May 2nd) I've been cramping a little on and off for the past couple of days but last night it turned into cramping with brown blood. Of course I was freaking out so I went to the doctor this morning and from what my doctor can tell everything looks like it's going well! Also, my app says I am 6 weeks today but the doctor said I am more like 5 and a half. I am praying so hard to be able to keep my precious rainbow baby!
