Please read & comment

I had two positives and two negatives last month, I then had a 4 day 'period', since then I have had thick white cm, not itchy or nothing, and my cervix feels so different to normal. I keep getting twinges & a stitch like feel in my lower tummy. I know it's not a baby yet!! But has anyone else had this before they got their BFP!? Please comment I am loosing my mind. I am testing Friday x
