Fenugreek ?

Did anyone use the fenugreek pills to help produce more breast milk what was your experience did it help

Took this for the first month I was Bf and pumping helped so much! I bought it at Target in the beauty/health section. I dropped to one a day at 5 weeks and now stopped taking it as I'm trying to wean now. Worked so well! So much easier than the teas.

I used it with both of my previous pregnancies. I only used it for a week because I started making so much milk! Only thing I didn't like was that we smelled like maple syrup all the time lol

I try to take it in moderation because it can make the baby gassy

Have u read that in the label, they say Fenugreek is not for use during pregnancy or nursing?
