So me and my fiancé just broke up but throughout our relationship we never used condoms and he never "pulled out ". So now I'm sort of worried seeings how I just recently went to the doctors for my annual Pap smear and nothing came up. However these past months I've been having some nausea, I've been extremely fatigue; having mood swings, and sore nipples and my appetite has picked up a bit. My AF has always been irregular but I did have my AF in Jan, my doctor has informed me I can still get pregnant. So my question is; Is there a possibility I can be pregnant and if so should I take a test right away like tomorrow ???
