I'm an early bed out of necessity. I wake up early for school/work, and I need my 8 hours, so I go to bed early.

Consequently I now fall asleep at 9pm on Friday nights 😂 my bf hates it.

My husband and I are night owls. We always stay up late together either playing xbox or binge watching the walking dead. We usually go to bed around 1-2am and wake up at 6:55am 😣

I'm a night owl. It's when I get everything done. I do my homework at night, cleaning, I enjoy yoga a night, and the occasional workout (when I'm at school).

I work nights, so I'm up all night.

I normally get to sleep between 1:30am-2am and then get up for work at 7, on weekends I get up at half 6 to drop my mum to work. I've never needed much sleep, my Aunty and grandma are the same.
