Bleeding in early pregnancy

I'm really worried as I woke up & have very light bleeding. If I go by my last period I would be 5 weeks so I'm really early. I rang the hospital & they told me bed rest ! Could this be implantation bleeding ? I'm scared as I had an early miscarriage in January 💔
