Spotting at 6.5 weeks

Woke up this morning, went to the bathroom when I wiped there was light brown discharge. I called and spoke to a nurse at my OB, she said my progesterone levels from my previous test were excellent so she's not too worried but said if I see it again when I go to the bathroom to call them and they will get me in. I'm worried because my last 2 pregnancies ended in miscarriages. Has this happened to anyone before and everything was ok?

UPDATE! Went into the doctor this afternoon they did a pelvic exam and more blood work and scheduled an ultrasound for later in the evening. We just got back from our ultrasound where we saw our little nugget, seen and heard the heart beat! Talk about relief!!!
