Maca root?

Anyone try maca root while ttc? Did you take it or did your SO? Did it work for you, and how long did it take to conceive?

I wasn't TTC when I got pregnant with my daughter but I think Maca root has something to do with it. I'd just had my IUD removed because it expired. My period was taking forever to come back so I started taking maca root to regulate my hormones. My period came shortly after... I never got the next one because I was pregnant 😅

All I can say is after our 1st round of IVF where my egg quality wasn't great and we ended up with zero embryos, I took maca root powder & started acupuncture and rounds 2 & 3 I had better eggs and 4 of 7 retrieved ended up as excellent embryos 😀 It's worth a try.
