Am I making a big deal of nothing?

I'm 34 weeks and had very bad cramping for about 5 minutes this morning.. I've also had back pain all day however not lower. Tonight I started to lose my mucus plug but only a small bit and the cramping is very light and inconsistent.. Have had on off cramping the last two days but tonight and for the last three hours it's been on/off however not bad or regular.. Just uncomfortable. Bubs has been breech since 24 weeks. Is this a normal part of getting to the back end of third trimester or should I get checked? I feel like I'm making a big deal out of nothing but at the same time concerned.
