No, don't steal the name she was going to use, there are so many names to choose from, you can find your own.

I would not. My friend had a very pretty girl name picked and had a boy. If she wanted to use it if she has a girl later on I feel that I would be in the wrong. However, talk to your friend and see what her opinion is.  If she does not plan on having anymore children maybe she will be happy to let someone else use it.  Hope this helps.

No i wouldnt use my friends name she has picked. The names i choose i want them to have meaning for me not just oh that sounds good. Plus my friends are important to me so i would go behind there back and cause tension.
