Is it normal for semen to leak out all day?

I had +opk this morning and dtd and i was lying in bed for about a hour before I went to the toilet. It wasn't until about 5 mins after the semen started to leak out and I thought that was it but it feels like it's been leaking out all day? Every time I stand up something leaks out. Surely there wasn't that much cum 😂 has anyone ever had this or know what it is? If it is the semen does it ruin my chances of conceiving?
