Very VERY unlikely. First of all, pre-cum should only contain sperm if he had already ejaculated. Second, it's incredibly difficult to get pregnant from sperm outside of the vagina. Your vagina is a fortress, it's hard for sperm to get where they need to regularly but from the outside it's nearly impossible.
