Ovulation after miscarriage

Holy moly! I'm ovulating right now 🤗🤗🤗 and just had a miscarriage a few weeks ago. We decided to not wait a cycle before trying again. Anyway, these are the strongest symptoms (very tender breast, lower back pain, abdominal pain) I've EVER felt! Anyone else go through this following a miscarriage?
