Could i be pregnant ?

I Had Light Period More Like Spotting On my last menstrual cycle 4/11 Im suppose to get it every 12 of the month today 5/11 i had light cramps and light spotting cramping Had Stopped in the morning i know this is nasty but i wanted to know if it was implantation bleeding it was brown in the beggining now its pinkish .
