Worried about my baby.

My daughter has had a fever for a week now. The highest reaching 101.6. I had her a two ER's. The first one said there was nothing wrong. The second one said she has a viral infection. I've been giving her infant Tylenol. She's starting to not want to eat and when she does eat she just throws it up. What are my next steps? Take her back to the doctors or let it go? I don't know what to do. HELP!
