Am i pregnant or crazy?

Stacey • Hey my name Stacey I'm 24 my bday April 7th. I have two kids and my lovely love of my life my fiance i love him
So been going through sypmtoms last 8 months . had my period the whole time but if i did i was on birth control if i am pregnant. Took pee test n blood all neg now waiting for the results of the ultrasound. Been feeling kicks,peeing alot, having tighten in my stomach with pressure now etc. Idk what do y'all think ?
