Clearblue Digital OPK - what time of day to test?

I've been using the Clearblue Digital OPKs and I thought I should be using first morning urine and testing in the morning.  Should I be testing in the afternoon or evening instead to get a more accurate reading?  Also for those that test in the afternoon or evening - do you really not drink anything 3 hours before testing?  Thanks!

I tested in the morning until I got a high reading and then I tested morning and night until I got my peak. And yes I tried to hold it for a little while when I knew I was testing at night.

I always tested twice...am urine and then again in the afternoon

I tested with fmu until I got like 3 days of flashing than I took it every 12 hours until I got the steady smiley and I drank normally just didn't pee for a few hours before taking them
