Ok so, AF is due Sarursday and I have been spotting for the last 3 days. I haven't had any AF symptoms so I'm not sure what's going on, I took a hpt Wednesday and it was negative. This morning I woke up and was totally normal, no spotting at all. My friend and I went for a walk this afternoon, ended up walking 6 miles! Right after our walk I went to pee and had spotting then and the next time that I went pee and now it's stopped again. Can exercise cause this spotting?! (Really hoping this spotting is implantation bleeding!!)
