Is this rape?

My ex best friend was very very obsessed with me for a while, and one night we had a sleep over.

She started spooning me which was fine because I'm a cuddly person ha but then she started touching me and then began to finger me a bit but I couldn't stop her because she was holding my hands together in one hand and pushing down on my body. I got my boyfriend to pick me up later that night and I couldn't stop crying.

Is this classed as rape?
